Seasonal Workshops: a Hands-On series Make Wine, Olive Oil, Cheese, Bread or Preserve Fruits. Throughout the year we invite you to join us hands-on making. Dip into making wine, olive oil, bread or cheese, preserving quinces or citrus, mustard and vinegar making, apple cider - or whatever we are making at the time of your Retreat!
