Producers' Sunday Food & Wine Workshops - Adult Level Interactive Workshops - two sessions 11am & 1pm - bookings essential p 8323 0060, mobile 0434 008 046. 

Sunday 11am

  • Home Made Cheese - learn hands-on making fresh cheese easily reproduced at home, eg: mozzarella, haloumi, ricotta styles - includes recipes and light lunch - $90 pp

Sunday 1pm - choose one of the following

  • Bubbles! - disgorge and dosage, take home a bottle of your own Sparkling Wine / $66 pp.
  • Walk & Talk Wine - take the vineyard walking trail, learn how we make our wines, barrel sample tastings with the winemaker. / $22 pp
  • Olive to Oil - Visit the grove, share a hosted tasting of varietal oils, learn how we press our oil.  / $22 pp
  • Food With Wine - compare flavours in food and wine in our tasting workshop. / $11 pp

Seasonal Food & Wine Adult Level Interactive Workshops available for groups of six,or on the allocated dates below - include hosted hands-on activity, shared lunch with wine - details and price on application.  Some workshops are during harvests so ask about what we are making at the time you visit - seasonal variations are the norm!  

  • Winemaker - from picking grapes, through crushing, pressing, into the barrel, sampling and testing, make wine.
  • Olive Oil Press hands-on - from picking olives in the grove, washing, pressing, tasting, make your own oil to take home that day.
  • Breadmaker - we look at wheat, grinding and different yeasts, spend a day of gentle kneading and tasting breads.
  • Apple Cider - pressing the apples, tastings and making your own cider to take home in one day
  • Fruit Preserving - fruits of the farm pickled, jellied, jam and relish a day of preserving flavour with take home produce.
